Spirit is a universal energy that arises in being and animantes all that lives. There are universal principles that are shared by many or all religions. Love is the ultimate reality. We are not humans having spiritual experiences, but spirits having human experiences. God is everything and everything is God. There is a natural order to the universe and human beings are part of it. There is a common core of beliefs that are shared by many or all major religions. Love is the underlying nature and quality of the universe. The concept of God can be interpreted in many ways. We are one. Everything that is, exists for a purpose: to teach, to learn, and to love. No one of us can claim to know all... for we are all still on the path of learning. The path to peace is through God-realization. we can live together in mutual respect for our different beliefs. Our heart is known by the path we walk. There is a cosmic plan that is unfolding through evolution. As above, so below. Nature is the Great Teacher. Human beings can bond with one another through the God dwelling within each of us. All of reality is unified & bonded & together makes one through the energy of spirit. If I am truly at peace with myself, I have no need to make others wrong. Human beings can come closer to God through their own efforts. Enlightenment is the highest goal and fulfillment of human life. God can be understood as "pure energy". No one has the right to judge another; even the universe does not judge its creations. Love is the key to reunion with God. Asking, believing, visualizing and having faith are all steps to helping miracles happen. Salvation can mean many things but it essentially means knowing God within. Without Dark there is no Light. Balance in all things. All that we seek is within. There is one God that pervades all of existence. Your freedom begins with you. Believe in unconditional love, live with unconditional love and be unconditional love. The kingdom of God is within. Separation exists only in the mind. Nature is God and Goddess. I believe in the Holy Spirit. There are no true races, just one humanity - we're all one. Your thoughts create your reality. God is Love; we are made in God's image; therefore, we are Love. Be strong for who you are, what you are; believe in the inherent Light in yourself! To find God one only has to search within themselves. The cosmic Christ is a universal principle of order. The way is the search. God is omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent. Expand your Mind, Explore your Path, and Enlighten your Spirit. Spirits are made to be free. We are all free spirits, we must choose to practice freedom. We are all individually responsible for our choices and actions. Men and women are essentially equal. The path to God realization is through self realization. No one is totally alone- God provides Guides and Guardians to help Us reach Her/Him All gods are a facet of the universal Deity. We all follow the same divine spirit. Human beings can come closer to God through their own efforts. Be the difference that makes a difference. With effort and grace, human beings can realize "The Christ" within themselves. Every soul has a purpose. It is up to each individual to make their purpose a reality. There is a perfect natural order to the universe and human life can be part of that order. I believe in God the father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. Love and truth are the underlying nature and quality of the universe. Cosmic Christ and Logos have similar meanings and are related in universal principles. There is but one single singularity from which all is derived. The expansion of consciousnss is the purpose of life and the force of evolution. All things created have the Creator within them. There is one true way for each person, not one true way for every person. I am. Enlightenment begins with the precept 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you.' I believe that our life is a mystery which is beyond our rational capability to grasp. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only son, our Lord. Unconditional love heals all. Christ can mean Jesus but can also refer to a universal cosmic principle. Three keys to world (inner) peace - be loving, be simple and be true. All of humanity whatever race, gender, colour or creed is created with equal rights. Human problems must be solved here and now, not in some never-never land after death. Love God with all your heart and love your neighbour. Love is the supreme law of the universe. The mystery of existance is with and without form. All of the universe, both animate & inanimate is evolving towards cosmic consciousness. Know that you stand in perfect light - your soul and the light are one. Shut up and listen. There is one mind, one law, one principle in the universe, and I am one with all there is. Balance, meaning integration & harmony, is the essence of healthy living. From life comes death and from death comes life. If I am at peace with myself, I have no need to make you wrong. Life is The Way. That humanity walks in two worlds and is not conscious on all planes of activity. As a mind thinketh, so does s/he perceive. The concept of God is not essential to a healthy & enlightened spiritual life. I am a conscious part of existence. If there is a "God", then he is me, and I am him. Spirit is great enough to contain boundless contradictions. The tao that can be spoken is not the eternal Tao. Enlightenment is the natural state of a human being; anything less is dysfunctional. I believe that people of all religions have a common creator. True magic is neither black nor white; it's both because nature is both. All divine revelations emanate the same light of God. God is the source of my energy. No mere words can contain the ultimate truth the way silence can. The forgiveness of sins. There is no one right, true and only way. All of life is pervaded by some degree of suffering. And it harm none do as you will. I am in the heart of God. Nothing rest, everything moves, everything vibrates One should lead an ethical life, for his/her own sake and for the sake of others. Don't forget to tell the ones you love, "I love you." God is too big for just One religion. Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace. People, like flowers, come in many colours and each is a beautiful gift from nature. To find one's purpose, one must release the desire to know what one's purpose is. All life is ascending each in its own time in its own individual way. Humanity is basically good. Humanity must eliminate all forms of prejudice. In truth everything just is. When you help another person, you feel and share love. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the source of my being and I have the ability to respond to my creation. No one Deity owns the whole of spirituality. Forgiveness is the heart of our Creator's interaction with us. Humans are just another kind of animal; just another part of nature. I believe in all the prophets, including, Muhammad, Jesus, Moses, Abraham and Adam. Patience and kindness both reinforce love. There is one God, the creator and sustainer of the heavens and the earth. All of humankind and nature must have balance. All balance of life is emanated from God. God is an Artist. He ascended into Heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. Look for unicorns at the petting zoo. You never know what magic you will find. Love God with all of my heart, my thought, my emotion and all of my strength. All that has ever been or ever will be is here now. God is impersonal, yet becomes personal to each of us. Grasping, we lose what was never ours to own. Let love guide you through the processes of precious life. Love is a responsible action. The fourth or heart chakra is the most important chakra for spiritual development. The seed of life records our lives and centres our eternal consciousness. The truth is not different for everyone. There is nothing outside of nature. Thou art God. To start with a false premise is to come to an erroneous conclusion. Together we can expand infinity... for eternity. Next year in July,(2009) we will be meeting in Managua,Nicaragua and in 2011 we will be meeting in Athens, Greece. Our motto is "World Peace And Brotherhood Through Poetry." Anyone who is writing serious poetry and interested in world peace, regardless of race, religion or nationality is invited to join. Our membership includes poets from such countries as Tailand, Vietnam, Argentina, France, England, Sweden, Russia, Canada, Mexico, United States,The Philippines, Taiwan, and China. It speaks of attaching to one's past like a badge of honor. I was feeling angry tonight about someone whom I feel carries their past in this way. Then I read what was written here and I was reminded of a truth I learned long ago. The moment you see and become emotionally affected by a behavior in someone else is the moment you need to look in the mirror. I am reminded tonight that it is time to let go of my past. In this time of transition is tremendous opportunity to grow and move closer to harmony in one's life. I seek the support and resources of this community to help me reconnect with the loving being that I choose to be. I was ordained by the New Seminary in New York City in 2000. After ordination, I worked as a crisis counselor in the aftermath of September 11th, 2001, joined the staff of a seminary, completed a book, God Becomes Us.. I was commissioned to write a second book (working title: No Jacket Required) about the confusion of diagnosing authentic spiritual awakening as some form of mental illness among professionals in the mental health area (to be released in 2009). In 2006, I became music director and supply minister at progressive Christian Episcopal Church near my home. I founded, The Support Group for New Ministers, a free resource to help interfaith ministers gain professional and spiritual grounding during the first years after ordination.
