Over the years of this work, many interpretations of semantic structure have emerged that are based on various forms of hierarchy.
The Closed Loop model is a kind of "compactification" of these models, supposedly containing all of their meaning and implications without data loss, and compressing them into a single algebraic object while retaining all distinctions and structure.
These initial diagrams show basic properties of hierarchy and abstraction and concept formation.
They show the similarity or isomorphism of basic conceptual structures with our underlying general form of "the strip".
