We generally visit a chat room which is very meta-physically focused and one question is tossed to us very consistently. This deals with the reference to year 2012 as influenced by mayan calendar fans. As we track timing using astrology, we noticed that 2012 is basically when neptune enters the sign it rules being pisces. Neptune influences each individual to have a ideal towards existing or dreaming. We previously posted a flow titled neptune is headed home, which details the neptune in pisces potential. We have also mentioned in other previous postings, info about the upcoming aquarius based dream reset point as well.

Considering that there is distinct increasing awareness by some, towards fifth dimension connecting or connecting with higher self, sensing seems strong towards there being a major shift coming. As an individual perceiving one version of the earth world dream, we sense more is occurring currently at fifth dimension level, than within the earth world dream. This relates to what is being tracked as timing and how little of it trickles into the dream, as an actual influence towards a collective change.. What is sensed from higher level, seems to always be shifting to stronger influence as the timers are noted. Individually in the dream we can see personal changes but the world seems basically the same, so far.

What this means is that there is no way to know for sure what will actually occur within this current earth world dream. The information that flows to express a definition for specific timers, we note will be fifth dimension active, but the active potential within the earth world dream, depends on total of the individual vote towards what influences the collective world to seem as over six billion. With the current suggestion of many individuals opening to fifth level influences, the potential for an active state of change, to be timing inside the earth world dream, may actually reveal it self as such.

During some of the assisted out of body sessions for individuals we knew, questions were ask of different entities that presented them self through the assisted individual. Mostly asking about future earth changes. The response was similar, yes they are coming, but none of these entities could give an actual date. This area of questioning usually received a response saying the timing has yet to be determined. From this it suggests that there are many potential timers, but each timer presents its potency, as regulated by the current collective awake status, within the earth world dream.

However, from an individual perspective, the timers potency has additional regulator. The additional regulator being the individuals knowing for where they are located, within the status of dreaming, so to speak. This area comes under term, dreaming within dreaming within dreaming and so forth. From our own experiences and understanding, while within the earth world dream, the inside the dream, awakening part as the presence, activates three dimensions. One dimension is activated for each life phase for three phases total.

These activated dimensions are third dimension, fourth dimension and fifth dimension. So while within the earth world dream, a presence may be accessing three different dreams. As presence within dogon setup, current third phase is a dream within second phase dream, when dogon factor enters and this dogon phase as dream is within the dream robert is birthed into. While within the status as a projected earth world dream, these three dreams are identified through what is current, as the moment to moment vibration frequency time rating. Time rating ranges are known for defining each dimension.

While being alone for this third phase it is easier to hold fifth dimension vibration time rating, so we can sense a lot of activity is current in fifth as related to collective evolving. Mingling with others, whether in the area we reside or through phone or internet contact, usually means being in fourth level dream. This allows some influence to sense actual shifting occurring in our own first hand knowing through perceiving others being met. When we see any individual in person, it is often allowing a knowing for whether the individual has opened to higher self as fifth level influence or not. Any contact not in person, we can only go on what the individual states about their connecting status.

All that we flow as more current is supported by all that has previously flowed. As current accepted knowing from experiences about dreaming, there has been a lot of information presented, being what we call our flow as dogon. This as the building support for our own individual understanding of overall dreaming function and how each individual is able to present individual influence towards the dreaming function. Shifting as an awake presence is what allowed the doors to open to allow this information to flow.

We often notice while being conscious as the presence and shifted to some other body while earth body asleep, that while doing our thing in other body, we are flowing to people encountered, similar information to what we do while in the earth body while meeting others. This suggesting that it is the status of being awake, as the presence, that allows what we are as dogon to be influencing other dream channels we would visit. We also have understanding through what is witnessed as awake presence, some specific indications of results from our own intentional programming. This is for influencing our individual perceived status for all that our individual multi-dimensional setup is presenting, as evolving is allowed.

This area is occurring both within what is earth body dream and what is encountered as other dream channels being visited as an awake presence. Currently we cannot give a count for how many specific changes have occurred just within earth world dream, because there are too many to count for total. We just keep collecting them, with some going back to teenage years for the earth body dream channel. So as an awake presence, there is a lot of support to allow conviction, towards the individual influencing of the dream being a fact, so to speak. Combining the dreaming influence potential with what occurs as dream shifting as an awake presence is a strong influence for what we present here!

In a world that uses measuring as a reason to do anything, the world is still considered at a barbaric state as a world. This as related to what is the more evolved status of overall dreaming function. It is easy for those convinced of and ruling over a measuring based society, to design a show to con the masses into thinking the world is civilized. This is a current major con that gets in the way of any potentials for a collective evolving. Measuring means SLAVERY! Even to say an individual is serving their god is an act of conceding to slavery.

To truly be civilized as a world means each is free, regardless of how each presents them self as a unique individual. However, a world rated as civilized may take a very significant type of dreaming shift to occur, to insure it will work. In between fixes, DO NOT WORK. This is noted because so far history reveals many in between shifts to suggest a better deal for the masses, but it remains as dictated by those at the top of the money piles. So the suggestions for a better deal for the masses is always a surface facade, built by the power given to money game ways.

The collective backdrop though, is much more difficult to know for sure. So what we are flowing here, to express about the current suggestion of a potential for a future shift, is strongest as a personal knowing from focus and where our individual focus is headed. Obviously, in between solutions are of no concern unless the world becomes civilized. Based on experiences as collected towards what influencing dream has revealed so far and some specific flashes of future that occurred during both of the previous years when jupiter transited aquarius, we have a very strong sensing to allow a suggestion leaning towards being a prediction of sorts.

We would also feel that any reading this would individually have opportunity to sense, what the shift will be from a more personal field of perceiving their own earth world dream. This leaving a big question status, as to whether the collective will also be included as part of this suggested shift. Ultimately we feel there is a shift coming to change the overall status of this current earth world dream. Just not sure which timer will have the sufficient potency. The potency is based on the awakening support in the earth world dream, to allow the timer to be for a collective world shift.

As it relates to overall status of population, shifting to a population of between 200-250 million will occur sometime in future. This is because the dream shift will apply to the injected awakening potentials, as the 200-250 million current dreamers. The collective status of dreaming is influencing the current collective earth world dream, to be what it is currently. The earth type world created within and as influenced by the fifth dimension collective is based on the 200-250 million, as also being the total for the fifth dimension collective. However, recently we have sensed that there MAY be a shift within current third dimension influenced earth world dream, that will result in just being a world of the 200-250 million dreamers. The significant timers are upon us, just not sure on total potency of collective status, as a current collective earth world awakening.

Having about ninety percent as lost potential awakenings, still attached to measuring through money game ways, means the future suggested smaller populated earth, will still have similarity to what money game world represents. Of course, if a shift occurs to include the reduction of population to just the potential awakenings as the dreamers, it will mean that the actual awakening part, of the total injected awakening potentials, has reached an influence strong enough to warrant a face-off of sorts. This is with all the ninety percent or so, still hooked on measuring.

As the presence within this dogon setup, when we were informed of a future major death shift point, during an assisted out of body for a friend in late 1994, it meant that what we had collected as experience, to build an understanding about overall dreaming function, had reached a level that was sufficient to allow a shift beyond earth. Based on what it took to allow the collecting of all the experiences, we know it is a major challenge to open to evolving beyond earth level dreaming. The current ascension cycle is building toward the last phase of a twelve phase setup, to present apex event potentials. This to occur in 2015-2016 era. Using word ascension can suggest many potential visuals for what it means. To evolve beyond this earth level of dreaming means the presence is free from attachments to this level of dreaming.

There is a potential of some in between timer occurring before the end of the current ascension cycle. This would be timers offering a defined focus appropriate to allow for the major shift settings to occur. Both the 2010 dream reset point and the 2012 neptune movement into pisces, FIT. The main factor will be how potent the collective awakening influences are. Feelings suggest that the potency to trigger an inside the dream type major shift, will have less need than evolving beyond this earth level. This is relative to what each individual presents as an awakening. To evolve beyond earth level of dreaming is a much greater challenge than the influencing for inside the dream type changes. This inside type, basically starts with some form of individually accepted status of being connected to the whole and what it means to each to be as the whole.

We often notice that many we meet will say they believe in god or such suggestions of a higher influence. But the reason why they believe seems to have little foundation through experience and is quite often the result of some other source influencing the belief. Certain types of experience can shift an individual to such a knowing of their being higher influences, that it becomes a total self accepted status. As presence it also means acknowledging a greater identity status, for what the inherited mind-body-spirit complexity represents. As presence this is always approaching greater and greater recognition for being a unique copy as the whole and what it currently means to be the whole.

If enough individuals within this current earth world dream, have opened to strong acceptance as unique copies as the whole, then potency may be sufficient to influence potential inside the dream related changes. This being in how to support the approaching timers. Cannot say for sure which timer has the stronger influence towards population changes, but last dream reset point occurred just after some world war two versions of population reduction. Last neptune transit of pisces occurred from about 1847/48 till about 1861/62. This timer also strings to population reduction, at least for usa starting a civil war. However, we feel the greater focus was to influence towards eliminating privilege based on slave usage. This was more a physical body slavery, whereas current times are to influence the elimination of the money game influenced mind slavery, abounding in the current earth world dream.

Whatever becomes influenced to change for allowing more individual freedom, relative to a collective earth world dream, just adds more benefit. This being in both the third dimension earth world dream and for what influences the progression status for what will be the earth world dream at fifth dimension level, in the fifth dimension space. The suggestion of a future earth world being 200-250 million is not a new potential. We are aware from info presented as channeled new age stuff, where the reduction in population has been referenced many times.

Not sure what the actual bible says, but references from others say that there is a prediction in the bible, about some great amount of population suddenly disappearing. Those disappearing are suggestively being taken to heaven to be with god or such, leaving the rest in the world to represent a hell for all the non believers or such. Dreaming does tend to offer many varieties to how things could be. Our own way of allowing has revealed that if we were way off track with what we were flowing, it would stop flowing. So we continue to express as we sense it to be, since the flow continues to makes sense to what we are as a presence in witness.

What we refer to as a major death shift occurring in late 1982 is the main shift influence for current level of flowing that started in mid 1985. Since this point literally thousands of pages of info have been either typed or written. But more significant is all the flashes that support our flow as dogon, which include many flashes that are beyond earth word expression. The potential to shift in population has an additional potential. This is related to shifting what would be the applied body status towards the collective world, as compared to what it was before the population shift.

In addition to what is perceived as our own individual flashes for future evolved status suggestions, we have also received through others we have known, what would hint at same consideration. When we allow for a flow to emerge, as relative to a specific focus of individual curiosity, it is similar to doing a internet web search for some chosen topic. Of course the main difference being that we will receive a personalized flow, as a response to curiosity directed to within.

As the presence within dogon setup, what we are already receiving as flashes to translate into words for this flow, is making sense when considering a major population type shift will occur. There is a big difference between having statistics based on over six billion as compared to only 200-250 million. Additionally, what is fill in as over six billion added to injected numbers as 200-250 million, mainly are only reflecting in response to total vote of all 200-250 million dreamers. Having the awakening factor at sufficient potency to challenge all lost awakening potentials, about ninety percent of total, means a significant point has been reached. This is often referred to as a critical mass type setting. As relative to numbers, having twenty-three-hundred individuals at strong enough self acceptance level as the whole, is all it takes to set a base point of potency influence .

Then it is all up to what any timer would allow for, as the potentials for collective inside the earth world type shifting would be considered. But why not just do it in the current dream is usually what many wonder? Result is that many get involved in some sort of cause or charitable activity, to attempt to fix what is already the past by the time the world is perceived by each. In a manner of speaking, when an individual uses praying to their god or such to invoke potential future status within earth world, the chances of it occurring are always based on the strength of the individuals allowances for suggested god given miracles.

As the presence within this dogon setup, we are aware that this simple praying type influence, can be taken a lot further and with greater latitude for what can occur. However, personal experiences with overall dreaming, both allows this extension to be known, as well as presenting the major challenge to allow for such potency of change to occur. The challenge part is easy to express, since it is short. If a presence is able to stay conscious through all that occurs as a vibration variance, during the point of shift, then the presence will arrive to realize they are aware a major shift just occurred. But that is it!

Based on experiences being conscious as a presence shifting to other dream channels, there is a distinct sensing status as the presence. This status of sorts as being sensed is there regardless of the dream channel. So as a presence being aware that a shift occurred, we will still be the main influence for how the next body will be presenting itself. This would be in what is being presented as a flow to others we would meet while in next body. Meaning that the memories of the next body, will have the influence of an awake presence opening the doors to insure multi- dimensional connecting is still on line, so to speak.

To receive the details to suggest all that may be as a result of shift will be as usual, the presence allowing the new mind-body- spirit complexity to reveal as inner flow occurs. This is because the body part changed, to allow for a memory meant for the new setting, whatever it may present for each. A movie we watched back awhile, offers an example of sorts. It is one version of santa clause setup.

The current santa seeks another able to take on the role as santa. Seems for the current santa it is time to retire. Usual movie fun and such fill in as movie, since it was a comedy. But the chosen individual is finally convinced the setup is true, so to speak, and agrees to new role. As soon as new role shifts into place, the individual now realizes they know the name and status of every individual on earth, for the purposes of playing santa. Of course, this is only one role, as compared with there being 200-250 million dreamers. Each of these dreamers is creating a unique radiating signature that determines each individuals role from moment to moment.

Currently what we each get is tailored by a world of over six billion, but perceived to be as such by only 200-250 million dreamers. Reset population factor to be the same as total number of dreamers and it will definitely shift the role status significantly. What is presented by technological advancing is primarily population driven, but the knowing and experience from the technological offering stays with each dreamer. This means the future world will still be taking advantage of what technology will offer. The earth world would be the same size and have similar city displaced setup as a world, but only based on being handled at a 200-250 million population level.

What influences such a shift to occur through fifth dimension collective, establishes the new base of connecting with planet earth, in a compliment of evolving. As it relates to population factor, city populations will reduce evenly, so to speak. The factor to arrive at having a number between 200-250 million is as range potential using three percent or so of total. Using a total at six and a half billion, 200 million is rounded up from a three percent factor. The 250 million related factor is closer to being four percent, however does not matter. Cities as major population centers as currently known with millions, may have them all reduced so a million in population is huge amount. Most cities will be averaging much less as just thousands per city and such.

However, the individual factor still presents the base voting influence for how the collective gets perceived regardless of population. Using what is current suggested known, for status of 200-250 million dreamers, influences using ninety percent as a conservative allowance for how many of these awakening potential are lost being egos. These being the egos that are hooked on the need to measure their existence as compared to others. The remaining ten percent will suggest variable levels to what being awake would suggest to each. But we feel that a large percentage of this ten percent will still be contending with many of the more subtle, ego based distractions.

Obviously this area is representing a big unknown, as influence for a potential shift and is insuring mystery, even if an individual could carry forward current body memory. What we sense as collective potential is therefore seeing with our own allowance as main factor. Perhaps saying this would represent a more awakening leaning world. What seems certain would be a partitioning of money game ways, to allow the primary base for the world, to be for all to have the basics of food and shelter and such. Shelter part would be including all the added tokens of interest, each individual feels drawn towards, to assist to fill in the moment to moment status of being.

This base platform would be done without measuring for what it returns, thus creating a more open allowance for all world population. Since the money game ways have such numbers, it suggests there will be some form of money based ego arena, for the offering so to speak. Of course with ego based sensing hooked on measuring , does not matter what measuring token is used. The money game works for ego, because it is the joint agreement between all the egos playing their game together, that determines the value for the so called ego gratifications being sought after.

In essence, this would suggest a version for what we call a face- off status or the new beginning point for the holy war within the mind. This as regulated by a collective fifth dimension setting, that is in agreement towards a plan. The roles in the world will shift, to allow the money game way to be just a side line carnival type setup, while the main platform as a world is seeing with three eyes. Two dimensional based thinking as earth based seeing, created the money game setup. Three dimensional based setup is beyond need to think, but instead allows the thought to be generated in compliment with what the whole represents for each.

From our own view as dogon setup, this suggested future represents an in between point from current earth world and what is beyond this earth level of dreaming as an earth world. In simple terms using the concept of the brain, the collective brain would only be running at ten percent of potential. This is because ninety percent is representing those lost, as individuals focused for only self and not as offering to collective potentials. The challenge will still be the same, influence greater collective awakening status. Moving the money game allowance off to the side is the new advantage, so again it becomes individuals involved with their own self improving, leading the way so to speak..
