Part 4 - 1
Personal Power
You have ascended Level Three. Well done. Now that you are familiar with the idea of swimming in the waters of Life and getting what you want using the creation method of manifestation, you are ready to get a closer look at how some of this hooks together.
You have probably heard good things and bad things about the Inner Realm and the River of Life. Still, the fact remains that you spend every instant of your life there. Whether you pause to notice, or try to ignore it, Life lives on. Your Inner life is totally real even if you deny it and keep your gaze locked on the life that is happening outside you. You are in it always... You are in it now.
Most do not notice that their Inner life happens within the River of Life. It is ironic that you are in it all of the time, but it is just now being "discovered" by mainstream people around the world. In times past, those who investigate the Inner nature have been given such lofty titles as "holy" and "wise" and "wizard" and "genius".... But these titles serve only to keep the public from having a simple look for itself. Your power, your wisdom, your intelligence... your magnetism... Your Eternal Consciousness... all of these stand as they have always stood, waiting for you to pick them up. In SelfCom you are the Holy one. You are wise. You see yourself in the role of the wizard and the genius.
One reason it is easy to ignore the inner life is that you seem alone in it. As you look around in the outer reality you see much: You see family, friends, work, trees, buildings, stars... All of this stands before you with great solidity. On the inside however, it seems like you are alone with your thoughts and feelings. The obvious presence of the physical life out-shines the quiet life within. Nevertheless, the life within happens in a vast Inner Environment that we all share. It is totally real by every definition of the word.
The Living Waters are such a wonderful realm. The more you spend time looking at them the more you can see. It is not possible to get over-excited about what the living waters are, and what they represent. This frontier, open to all, is more vast than words can describe. The only restriction is in the participants. This is such a wonderful thing. Each human being has infinite access to infinite power. Dare you accept even a shard of it?
Here you come face to face with deciding for yourself how much power you should have. In the life of your mortal body, things beyond your control tell you how much power you can have. Most dedicate their years to some job that is valuable to someone else, and harvest their power from that. In this process the sense of self-worth is determined by how valuable the job is to the one doing the paying.
Such a fleeting basis for self-worth insures that the life experience will be unstable. As the perceived value of the job changes, the sense of self-worth changes with it. The human being has no choice but to ride the undulations and try to cope.
In this environment it is difficult, if not impossible, to choose how much power you can have. Someone else assigns the power you get. To understand what self-power really is, it is necessary to assess where your value comes from.
In Level Four, the idea of your personal power and value are considered. You will discover that your value has nothing to do with what you do. You must remember that you did not create yourself. Since the Maker of all things determines your very existence, it is impossible for you to assign value to yourself. Your value is assigned to you when you are created. The fact of this matter is that you may have no clear idea of your value at all. For the most part people only know what they think other people think of them.
In the Waters of Life, however, your value cannot be measured in units. Your value is off the scale of value in mortal manifestation. You are Eternal. You will outlive the universe. You enter into the mortal experience as a creative source of expression. You are a source of mortal experience. Remember that you are not the Source of Life. Life is the Eternal condition that extends from the One. The mortal experiences that rise up out of life, however, have their source, in part, through humanity. Each human being helps in the creation and maintenance of life mortal. Basically, The Source of All made Life, and Life makes the mortal universe. This is an important perspective to secure. There are a couple of ways to say it.
The Source, by Will and Love, extends Life while Life reveals the Source.
The Source creates Life and Life creates all things involving energy, space and time.
Both of these aspects of the same perspective combine to form a very clear definition of the waters of life. Imagine in your Level Four exploration that:
The Sea of Life is the "living" that extends from the One Life.
The One Life comes from One Place: The Source and Destination of all things in the space-time universe.
Contemplate this definition until you have an easy picture of your Eternal nature coming out of the One Life, your immortal nature extending from your Eternal nature and your mortal personality developing in your immortal nature. In this configuration, you are in complete control of yourself in your mortal life.
Your value as you live in the mortal universe, rather than being a quantity of units, is a band of influence in the living of Life. You yourself, right now, are a structural component of Eternity. The universe is not complete without you in it. Do you see??? Really??? Sink way into this, because this is where you can form a stable basis from which to extend your True power. It does not matter if you want to change the world, or tie your shoe, you cannot do anything effectively for long until you anchor your power in something that is solid enough to support your convictions. Once you are confident that your existence precedes and supersedes the universe, you will know no fear or limitation in space, time nor freedom of being.

Identifying Truth
The information conveyed in SelfCom exploration is in an interesting position. It stands directly between impossible and unnecessary. If it were not for the unity of the One Life, and the Plan of Healing that comes to us from the Source, through the Frequency of Truth, the information in SelfCom would be impossible to understand. On the other hand, if the healing were not necessary, neither would be SelfCom. When you have mastered SelfCom you will realize that it was never necessary in the first place. Living in darkness or in Light is only a choice anyway. While you are in the process of choosing, SelfCom, or something like it, is necessary to assist you in waking up and reclaiming awareness of your Divine heritage and inheritance.
What you explore in SelfCom, you are. Life is not a mystery. Life reveals its Source. Power is not a mystery. Power expresses the Life that causes it. You are not a mystery. You are Life. The fact that this information is news to people only helps to define the problem.
Nothing could be more pure than a simple understanding of self, life and the Creator of it all. Yet confusion and darkness often obscure this reality. As a Level Four Commander of the Inner Realm, you are to begin a line of questioning into this subject. Use the Frequency of Truth for this. Do nothing in this investigation until you are sure the Frequency of Truth is giving you direction. Begin the investigation using the steps listed below.
1. Pick a quiet few seconds and focus your attention.
2. Still the waters within you.
3. Open to the Frequency of Truth and inwardly say: "What will reveal the Truth to me?"
4. Close the moment with a quick burst of love and affection.
This process should only take a few seconds, certainly no more than fifteen. Do it as often as you need until you get direction. Once you have direction, continue with the same format as above, but change your question. Make sure you always have a question in step three. It can be any question you want, as long as it is in a direct line with your original question, as stated above.
Maintain this activity as an information gathering technique. This part of the exploration has little to do with action. It is simply an introduction to a procedure for gathering information through the Frequency of Truth. This is passive Skillcraft. It is not necessary to act upon the information you get, unless you feel that you must. Just use the method for a few seconds a day, and be open for the information you receive. 
When you feel that you have been given an answer to your question, write both the question and the answer in your Level Four Journal. Once you have recorded the question and the answer, look at them and formulate your next question. Keep doing this for this entire span of Level Four exploration.
