Centering
In this integral context, centering means maintaining balance in the context of the whole -- in the context off all contingent dimensions and factors that govern the action of an individual or a group. An individual becomes centered by becoming calm and stable, and allowing enough time to become aware of all forces operating in their life and in the context of the whole -- the full environment and context of existence -- where they live.
